Helen, been too long since we spoke Gonna be in your area Thought we might stop by, Stay for a week or so Can’t wait to see ya. Long trip, but we’re here, finally. Him? Oh, that’s Rex. Cute, isn’t he? He’s nine months old, Almost housebroken. Guess I forgot to tell ya – He goes everywhere with us. Going out to dinner? We’ll come along too. Oh, okay, we’ll eat in— If we have to. No, no, don’t worry about us. We’ll find something. Somewhere. We told you we were coming. Too bad you couldn’t take us sightseeing, So many things we haven’t done yet. Thought you’d want to take us around, Maybe get to meet your new friend, Play a little golf at your club. We didn’t get to see much of you, though. Sorry Rex chewed up your slipper. Been a great visit. Nice of you to invite us. Know you’re busy. Of course, we’ll be back next year. Do come and see us—if we’re around. We travel a lot, ya know.
