Can you believe it's nearly time for our local Farmers Markets to swing into high gear?! Here is a list of start dates for the Spring 2025 season:

Moneta Farmers Market | Opening day is May 7th. Operating each Wednesday from 3-6pm through August 27th. Next to the Moneta Branch Library on 122

Westlake Farmers Market | Opening day is May 3rd. Every Saturday from 9am-1pm through fall.

Southlake Community Market | Opening day is May 22nd and this market will run through October 2nd. *Every Thursday from 9am-12pm. *Denotes new hours

Lakeside Local Market | Opening day is April 19th. Find this diverse maker/artisan/vendor market every third Saturday from 10am-1pm through September.

Bedford Farmers Market | Last Winter Market: April 12th. Opens weekly for the season May 3rd-September. Saturdays from 9am-12 pm. 220 W Washington St, Bedford, VA 24523 Rocky Mount Farmers Market | Opening day is April 5th. Saturday markets are held from 9am-1pm through December. Tuesday markets are held from 3pm-7pm June 7th through September 6th. 435 Franklin Street, Rocky Mount, VA 24151 Vinton Farmers Market | Opening day is April 5th. Runs Tuesdays-Fridays 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm through October. 204 W Lee Ave, Vinton, VA 24179 Downtown Roanoke Farmers Market | Runs year-round, but the number of vendors will be growing as crops start flowing in. Forest Farmers Market | Opening day for the summer season is April 26th. Saturday markets are held from 8am-12pm through November.
