My Greek God

By local author: Peggy Crowley Clutz

He kissed me once He kissed me twice And I had to admit It was awfully nice His big blue eyes And curly black hair It was hard for me Not to stop and stare My heart just stopped And my smile was wide It was obvious to all I’d found love by my side We took a great leap Of faith that day You’ll be happy to know We’re more than OK It’s been many years Since that day we met And I’m glad to say you’ve Been more than I expect Lots of stories to tell My eyes they mist over I’ll always be thankful For my dog named Euripides
