The Logger Cider Cocktail
1 sprig rosemary
1 shot gin (my favorite is Bombay Sapphire)
1 t maple syrup
Dry Hard Cider (like Bold Rock IPA)
In a short glass, muddle the sprig of rosemary into the gin to release its oils. Stir in the maple syrup until dissolved. Top with ice and cider. Gently stir to combine and serve!
